conflicts

conflict is oftentimes the issue of change.

Without conflicts there will be no stories to tell. We laugh, we shed tears, we feel anger and we are moved with compassion with the conflicting characters in a story.

In real life, conflicts are more hurtful, even bloody and messy. Conflicts in real life is not a laughing matter. It rarely makes us feel good but it gives us realization about each other.

To settle a conflict, two parties should meet halfways. there should always be a resolution. Meeting halfways is met by fulfilling some conditions and these conditions usually resolve conflicts..

If a loves to play computer, then he can play on weekends but not on weekdays. In choosing between two lovers, one has to give in to the other. to whom will the stay after a divorce or separation can also be a conflict. Manager-employee conflict, husband and wife, brother n sister,,..there are always conflicts because we have something to say to each other.

We know in our hearts when we are right or when we are wrong. What is more important is we come to realize that we become victorious over ourselves by ready acceptance to recognize that we have been wrong and we are ready to change. It is a test of character.

What conflicts in life have u not settled yet? time to approach someone you are not in good terms with and initiate a pleasant conversation or ask forgiveness to someone u have hurt.

i too as much as possible avoid conflicts. but sometimes there are choices we make that will create conflict but things get better eventually. have a great day sis crissy!

 hello subshiny...

i rarely get conflicts in life coz i am so careful not to hurt someone or maybe jump into someone's affairs..but conflicts has its own way thru...sometimes we tend to outlook our mistakes and got our own pride rule without realizing that we're hurting someone so deeply..my only wish is that hope its not too late to say i am sorry..and then goes the promises..nice blog dear sissy..keep going!!
