THE ROAD TO BATAD Trekking along the road to Batad, Banaue - I had all the time savouring the panoramic view of the mountains while contemplating on a lot of things. It was a 45 minutes walk going down the picturesque village of amphitheater like rice terraces. Transportation's nil for there are winding and twisting road on the side of the mountains that can only accomodate one person at a time, one false move and a deep plunge into the abyss. Going back to the saddle - drop off and pick up point, transpo that will take us back to Banaue proper. The uphill climb's twice the effort, time and risk. If only for the spectacular views and the adventure, I can say it's worth it. I can compare this experience with LIFE. It's so much easy going down but however, hard and difficult the way up - it's that glorious moment upon reaching the top that you'll keep remembering. So much for this sentiment - I love nature, but I'm done with the mountains and the trees for a while, off to the BEACH!!   ]

I haven't gone in nature for a while. Only with someone a while back just walking and showing me the poison oaks and what have you. It was fun seeing him run here and there to get me something to drink... Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

Thets, I love nature, something I appreciate a lot, even when driving...Getting Spring now, look forward when the trees bloom again from sprout to yellow green to greenery leaves..in just few weeks time

Tajane, I don't make the plans. I just pack a bag full of my whatnots and I'm off to somewhere with that someone I can trust my life with - and thats a proven point. When somebody respect and loves nature, be sure that somebody love and respect human beings more so. In these times, who cares about caution. Be free and just DO it..but take good care

And with the same company - just GO..

Hi my Vamp sister. I think I'd lost about 5lbs in 3days, but added physical and mental agility. I never thought I'll survive the uphill climb which I find most difficult but I did.. However fulfilling the experience and the test of endurance, I've had too much. I'm ready to show some curves on the beach

Tinks, Tappia falls. You can say that, stairway to the sky - very appropriate. I almost fainted in the middle and rest every 10 steps after that. If I've been 10 years younger...hayzz..Batad massage and a deep peaceful sleep after. Tnx sis.

You can say that..Communing with nature is like having a conversation with God. He whisper answers by the breeze, a nod thru sunshine, acceptance with the rain, thunder and lightning when angry, storm to pacify, earthquake to nudge... Tnx Leo.
